Move Charity
Lewis’s wife Gemma (Hillier-Moses), an excellent runner in her own right, founded MOVE Charity in 2016 to provide people with support that she never received when she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 24 in 2012. Lewis is now heavily involved with this charity and along with Gemma is hugely passionate about the benefits of exercise/movement both physically and mentally when living with and beyond cancer.
I’d encourage everyone reading this to take a look at this charity and get involved with any events you are able to. More information can be found on their website here
